Orders can be placed via telephone, ask for Internet Sales Department. Or you may email us, with your name, telephone number, the item number and description. One of our Internet Sales Reps will contact you regarding payment and shipping information.

Fancy Diamond certifies that, ALL of our diamonds are 100% Natural Diamond. This includes all of our Engagement Rings and Settings. Fancy Diamond will not replace lost or stolen center diamonds purchased by our clients. It is very important that you get insurance to cover loss and theft.

Fancy Diamond does not carry any brand name designer rings. All diamond rings are made with the finest metals and craftsmanship.

Fancy Diamond will guarantee the quality of the diamond ring setting. If for any reason one of the small diamonds on the setting comes loose please give us a call and we will repair it an no additional charge.

Next Day Service:

In most cases, all purchases made before 3:00 p.m. each day will be processed for delivery the same day at the earliest. Custom made settings can take up to four business days for delivery. Delivery is expected by 12:30 p.m. the following morning after processed for delivery fully insured via FedEx.

Returns:

If you decide to return your item, Fancy Diamond Inc offers a 7 day full refund guarantee minus shipping/labor costs incurred by Fancy Diamond Inc (if applicable). Please notify us of any item being returned, returned item without an advance notice will be rejected (Please call before you made any return). Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

Any return after the 7 Days in 30 days period will receive a store credit "Only" with 10% restocking fee applied to the store credit.
No return for refund or store credit will be accepted after 30 Days.

All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The returned package must be postmarked within 7 days starting on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. Returns will be thoroughly examined by a qualified gemologist to verify that the original diamond has been returned. Jewelry must be in its original condition, worn item will not get a refund. Items altered in any manner will not be issued a refund. After we verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. We can only process your request after our expert, inspects the returned item and verifies it is exactly the same piece of jewelry in the same condition. Sales are final no return or exchange will be accept it.

Returns can be made via the United States Postal Service fully insured for the amount of purchase. All the above applies to exchanges as well. Please contact us by telephone or email with all the information on the item you have selected for the exchange.

Fancy Diamond Inc will not grant any refunds on special orders such as customized products and/or additional services requested by the customer.

Refunds:

The following procedures are taken when refunds are requested:

n Credit Card Refunds are issued within 10 business days of merchandise return, as long as the return is made within the seven days as described above. Any merchandise returned after the seven days will receive “store credit” only, which may be used within 180 days, if not used within this time frame the credit will be forfeited. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

n Cashier’s Check and Money Order refunds will be issued by company check thirty (30) days after receipt of the payment.

n No Return or Exchange or Upgrade will be Accepted for Special Custom Design Orders and Clearance Items.
